CANCELLATION-RETURN-REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order ONLY before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded with a standard deduction of 5% as payment gateway charges . Read Refund Policy For more details.
You can cancel an order by contacting us on WhatsApp support. Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests. If your order has been shipped & you want to cancel it due to ANY circumstances/scenario then you have to bear the shipping cost + Transaction charges of 4% +Convenience fees of 15% of the order value.
Here is an example:-
You place an order of 1,000
- One way Courier charges we paid - *95*
- RTO (Return To Origin) charges - *100*
- Transaction charges of 4% - *40*
- Convenience fees of 15% - 150*
1000-95-100-40-150=650
* 650* - Final Refundable amount

Return Policy

We have a no-return policy currently, which means you have O days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at saiaquariumonline@gmail.com.

What if you have rejected the Parcel or anyhow it gets RTO (Return To Origin).
Here are some RTO's scenarios.
â–  Wrong Address
â–  Wrong Mobile Number
â–  Didn't Pick the Call from Courier Partners
â–  Didn't provide OTP to Courier Partners.
â–  Didn't give your identity proof (for secure & safe delivery) to courier partners if they ask.
If there is anything happens from the above-mentioned RTO scenarios or simply you have rejected the parcel at your doorstep, the issue will be considered from your end, and 5% of the total order cost + Shipping Charges + Shipping RTO Charges will be deducted from your order value before initiating your refund. Also, the refund will be initiated after ONLY we receive the RTO of your order at our location.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the
wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There will be deduction of 5% towards payment gateway charges which will be deducted in your paid amount and balance will be refunded into original mode of payment.

 

Settlement time is subject to payment gateway processing time which is usually 3-4 working days

Refund Policy

Request for Refund shall be accepted based on our RETURN POLICY We will initiate your refund within 7 business days
of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

For Rejected / RTO (Return To Origin) orders, a Refund will be initiated after ONLY we receive it back as per our RETURN POLICY.


If the problem is from Our (Sai Aquarium) side the 5% transaction charges will not be deducted and you will get
the Full Amount.

If you are refunded multiple times, we have the right to take/stop such payments. For Example, you received a
refund via original payment of mode and also in your wallet. We will debit your wallet amount. If you used the wallet
amount your order will not be shipped.

 

If your order was shipped using a wallet amount, we will ask you to pay the difference. In any kind of worst case, we will adjust such an amount from you.


Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the actual account credit timing depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, and payment gateways.
